Letter from the Administrator

Hello Everyone.

First off, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your patience and kindness during this pandemic. I know that it has been hard being away from your loved ones. We are excited to let you all know that we will began visitations soon. However there are certain guidelines from CMS, our State, and other regulatory agencies we must meet to ensure the safety of our residents, staff, and our visitors. Our team will be making contact with you to schedule a visitations when those guidelines are met. Please do not come to Mission Pines if you are sick, have been around someone showing signs and symptoms of COVID, or have tested Positive for COVID. We understand that you miss your loved ones but please do not take the risk of bringing COVID into their home. The moment we get a positive case all visitations will end. Another thing that impacts our visitations is the positivity rate of our county. If the positivity rate is greater than 10 percent, this will also cause visitations to end. Social distancing must be followed while inside Mission Pines. Although you will be able to see your love ones, you will not be able to touch them at this time. Education on our infection control practices will be provided before the visit starts. Please be mindful, because a violation of the infection control practices can cause the visitation to stop immediately. We are so happy to welcome you into Mission Pines safely and look forward to seeing you all!
