Letter from the Administrator

To Mission Pines’ residents, friends, and family:

Hello everyone! Thank you for allowing us to care for your loved ones during this challenging time. Mission Pines would like to provide some education about our visitation process. Anytime our positivity rate is greater than ten percent, or we are doing outbreak testing, we will only have closed window visits and virtual visits. The positivity rate for Clark County can be found here.

All closed window visits will be held in the activities office or on the 300 unit, and must be confirmed 24 hours in advanced. If someone has physical limitations that would require another location, it will be reviewed by our Interdisciplinary Team. Please do not come to the facility and go to your loved one’s window, our courtyards, or any other area of our facility to conduct a visit without confirming the visit with the facility. Time slots are limited and will be scheduled upon availability. Residents are allotted 1 window visit weekly. Visits are a maximum of 15 minutes. If you are late, your visit will be cancelled. Also be aware that your loved one has a right to refuse the visit. We will encourage the visits, but we will not infringe upon their rights. It is important that we follow the guidelines set forth by CDC, CMS, and our state to keep your loved ones, other residents, our staff, and their families safe.

If you would like to schedule a visit, please make contact with Mission Pines at (702) 644-7777. To get a COVID-19 update for our facility please call (725) 600-6344.
