Letter from the Administrator

Hello Everyone. Thank you all for your support and understanding during this pandemic. Residents are enjoying communal dining and activities. We continue to ask residents to wear their masks, practice social distancing, and to wash their hands frequently. Residents also have the right to ask staff if they have washed their hands before allowing them to provide care. Hand hygiene is the first line of defense. Our goal is to keep COVID-19 out of our building. We know it will take residents, staffs, contractors, and all other visitors to be successful. All staff and visitors must be screened before gaining entrance. The entrance to Mission Pines is located in the rear. We ask that everyone use that entrance. All visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance for approval. To schedule a visit please make contact with the facility at (702) 644-7777. All visits must go through our visitation process to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Family members showing up unexpectedly will be asked to leave.
